shibboleth service provider support for OIDC protocol

Hi,

I wonder shibboleth support below integration.

Shibboleth service provider acts like OIDC proxy to route SAML requests?

I would like to setup OIDC identity provider with shibboleth and route requests to SAML Service provider initiated SSO.
Once the Identity provider successfully authenticated the user then extracting SAML assertions in the SP and releasing saml assertions in the OIDC claims.

Is there a plugin to support this integration?
