Hmm, I hadn't noticed before, but I can confirm your observation. My
systems running jetty 12 and idp 5 are indeed leaving stale tmp
directories. Only about 50MB per, so it hadn't added up enough to notice
yet.

It does clean up the start_XXXXX.properties file from the tmp dir but
not the subdirectories containing the war WebInf files.
