Because of what I said, you're not prerequesting it. You have to define a SimpleAttributeDefinition on top of the exported attribute from the DataConnector in order to set the prerequested flag on that definition to make it usable in a condition like this.

Exporting attributes is not exactly the same as having a SimpleAttributeDefinition, just mostly the same. When you need one, you need one.
