Question about LDAP connection failure

We were wondering if this was a modification by Shibboleth configuration or directly on the JDK, so thanks for confirming that it is not in the Shibboleth configuration.

I believe modern Java disallows SHA-1 certificates, you'd have to muck with the security settings in the JDK to alter that.
