__host-jsessionid changes inappropriately

Oh yes, likely for them to do that. Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason as to why those settings are disabled by default? 
Is it only because browsers are subject to change at any time and having them enabled may cause issues?

It would have been nice to just have one setting, but I felt that assuming None was the only possible value to use was a bad idea given that Google made all of this up without standardizing it. I have no reason to believe they won't just change it again any time they feel like it.
