IDP v5.1.3 [http://localhost:8080/idp/profile/SAML2/POST/SSO] Bad Request

So which bit failed?  The upgrade from V3 to the latest V4 ? or the upgrade from  V4 to V5.1.3 ?

I am pretty much certain that a direct upgrade 3->5 isn't going to be a lot of fun.  

I am even more certain that we expended significant effort making sure that an upgrade from a deprecation warning free V3.latest to V4 and from a deprecation-free V4.latest to V5 would be relatively seamless.
