You have old LDAP settings that need to be dumped and cleared out. The release notes mention it.

That is the one area with almost no compatibility across releases and was all but eliminated in newer versions.

You need to start over completely where any LDAP related settings are concerned, delete ldap-authn-config.xml and reconfigure it with newer properties.
