They won't, sorry for confusing matters, I tend to make general comments or advice along with whatever the more urgent issue is.

This is something low level, and is the sort of thing that led us to stop suggesting use of Tomcat and I won't debug it anymore, for non-members anyway. If you reproduce it on Jetty I'd take it more seriously, but I've still never seen that message and don't know what the cause is. It reeks of classpath problems and jar conflict, which is Tomcat's specialty.
