I take it back, file the bug; I had a hunch and eyeballing the files I think we failed to wire in the change to the SAML login flow, it got injected in the SAML profiles for decryption but not that case. Very odd since that was the driving reason for the fix, but it is what it is.

You might be able to patch it once we commit the fix by just copying down the beans file into the right spot, but it would probably be easier to just use a snapshot.
