Error on getOutputStream in Shibboleth IdP

Could be load, I don't see that in my logs recently, but it doesn't sound like the sort of thing load would cause.

Nothing else I could say about it really unless it's reproducible on a specific code path inidcating we have a bug.

That's insane load for an IdP, but ultimately I guess either people are seeing issues or they aren't. You can't infer that easily without a specific error that's much more telling than that one.

If it's constantly happening, I would personally just add a server.
