TOTP plugin will need an update for V5

Not affecting many I would imagine, but a heads up that I somehow overlooked testing the TOTP plugin update before the release and it failed to get ported fully to V5.

I will be prepping an update for it and will get that posted as soon as I can, but it probably may be into next week.

I'll update the plugin matrix now so that it doesn’t accidentally get installed by anybody else.
