CAS Shib plugin, how to have shib release CAS released attributes

I have latest shib 4.3 and latest cas plugin. Redirecting to CAS login
works well. Releasing Shib resolved attributes also works well. But CAS
should be releasing some user attributes. How can I grab those CAS released
attributes and release them via Shibboleth?

I haven't figured out what to put in the resolver xml to resolve those
values returned by CAS.
