Absolutely, done; thanks for the suggestion. Fortunately it doesn't break that often, but hopefully the next time it does this will provide a better clue.

For the most part all of the other complaints with this specific error I can find are because somebody did not properly configure the trustAnchors, and occur the first time a request is made. This one works fine and then suddenly breaks out of the blue. I can't correlate it to any updates, upgrades, or changes that might have changed the on disk content of anything <sigh>.
