Thanks for confirming. The last time I tested appears to have been with 2.4.10 so safe to say that it's not viable to be relying on anything shipped in a distro given the immaturity of the technology. Same reason I was not a fan of them including my SAML SP when it was actively changing, it just moved too quickly back in the day.
