Providing a custom UnknownUsername message with a ldap directAuthenticator

Weird. It's far from beyond the realms of possibility that I missed
something.

I'll bear that in mind for next time. The current setup is a stop gap
whilst dealing with an older ldap server in the validator chain anyway. New
servers will return "invalid credentials" regardless.
