User's IP address constantly changing

Hello,

I'm seeing some message like these in our logs that look related to a SAML failure a user reported:

so the user's IP address keeps changing. This then breaks SAML? We had a similar issue with our DHCP on our routers a while back where some users would get constantly changing IP addresses. Is the only solution to fix the DHCP service? Thanks!
