Tag Mismatch Errors Since Moving To Ubuntu

The error depends on the circumstances. If it thinks it has the right key version in hand it will try it and log a failure to decrypt the data, if it doesn't think it has the key version available any more then it logs something else and doesn't try to decrypt it at all.
