I also added it to the Release Notes. I thought I had, but I must have forgotten. This is certainly a "change to existing behavior" despite being a bug fix.

I do not really undrerstand exactly how it can "break" things but if somebody comes up with a clear enough summary of it I can add that. I feel like it has to be a bug in an SP for this to be noticed since there would be no way to ever predict which of 2 identical Attributes would be processed if only one were handled, which is why it's a bug.

Heh, that would come as a shock to the many people who so intensely disagree with my view that "brusque" does not mean "rude", but thank you.
