Probably not, but it's an extra piece of infrastructure I'm not willing
to own :(.

Good to know, thanks. Our procurement department once went back and
forth with Spectrum for about a year and a half arguing about the
contract terms for a fiber Internet feed.

Meh. Reminds me of the SP that belonged to Incommon who wanted me to
manually override the federation metadata and disable encryption because
they didn't support it. When I refused they told me 2-3 other CSU's had
already done it <sigh>.
