How to get the encrypted TOTP seed

I would try the following plugin

The TOTP seed is encrypted and registered by a proprietary encryption
method to the LDAP referenced by Shibboleth IdP from other systems.

In such a case, how can I use the above plugin to get the decrypted seed?
