openid-configuration.json reloadable?

The auto-refresh of openid-configuration.json occurs every 4 hours by default - not to be confused with oidc-client.json which can be reloaded with /opt/shibboleth-idp/bin/reload-service.sh -id shibboleth.ClientInformationResolverService. The former contains schema definitions while the latter contains OIDC client metadata.
