requestedAuthnContext (Where do I put this?)

Hey all,
	I have a vendor who is asking for this:

Can you send The Authn Context Class Ref of Password?
 
<requestedAuthnContext classRef="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:ac:classes:Password" comparison="Exact" />
 
I have never seen that before. And I actually have no idea where that would go. A cursory google search turned up not much… Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
