Windows upgrade failed

Hi all

I ran the installer against our live instance (4.1.5) this morning - and it gave no errors during this process.

However, the service wouldn't start after that. No jetty or shib logs, but one message I found in Event Viewer:

The Shibboleth IdP Daemon service terminated with the following service-specific error:
The system cannot open the file.

I am guessing relates to an issue starting the jetty element (I did leave 'install jetty' ticked on the installer), but even running shibd_idp.exe from procrun, in a dos prompt, doesn't come back with any errors.

Any suggestions? I do have a test server I can re-attempt this on, but had to roll the live server back to a VM snapshot I had taken.
