Logout process on Shibboleth IdP v4.2.

Thank you for getting back to me.

But, I set up Shibboleth IdP ver. 4.2.1 on a new system and not modified logout templates.

So, I think I didn't brake any templates in some way.

When I checked the debug log, then I found the following message.
「[org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet:119] - GET "/idp/profile/Logout?return=https%3A%2F%2Fopac.xxxx.xxxx.jp", parameters={masked}」」

And I look over the Logout Configuration page, and then I found the following description.

「Finally, the design of the logout feature does not support returning control of the user agent to any other system via a "return" parameter」

So, I think the change on IdP version 4.2.1 makes us not work as before.

What do you think of my idea?

If it's not, how should I configure it to work?

Upgrading doesn't (intentionally) change any of the logout templates or how it behaves, so either there's a bug, you didn't upgrade properly, or you broke the templates in some way.

You can always restore the delivered templates and start over from there of course.

That is all I will say about logout on list, it's member support otherwise.
