Deprecated warnings in IdP 4.2.1

Hi,
I have upgraded our Shibboleth IdP from v3.4.8 to v4.2.1 and it seems to finish successfully.Now, each time when I run ./build command I get the following message:

Is it normal behavior?
Also in the logs, I get the following warnings:

What do I need to do to resolve these warnings?
