shibd segfault when checking configuration

My guess is permissions, regardless of whatever checking was done, but I would just file a bug, it still shouldn't crash. It's not catching a file access error somewhere.

Pretty much by definition if it starts up ok, but test crashes, you have a permission problem. You have to test under the same user as the service runs, or root (and root's a bad idea because it will screw up cached file permissions).
