Another Stale Request Post

Hey Scott,

The Shib instance is at 4.2.1; however,
./shibboleth-idp/system/conf/global-system.xml does not contain the code
that's on
https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/1183416353/IdP+SameSite+Filter+Implementation.
So what would I need to do?
