While there may be LemonLDAP::NG for Perl (also, LASSO has Perl
bindings) and e.g. Roland's pysaml2 for Python I've certainly never
heard of -- and doubt the existance of -- a SAML SP implementation
written in Bash.
I guess you may be mis-remembering the existance of an ECP client in
Bash for a SAML SP implementation?
