IdP 4.2 and plugin releases imminent, betas posted

We're in a beta freeze and I've posted signed distributions of the IdP and all the major plugins that are being updated for this release. [1]

The release notes are mostly done but will be added to during testing and review this week.

The updated OIDC and Duo plugins require 4.2 and have to be upgraded together, not what we hope to be doing as a rule but at their current maturity stage it's unavoidable. 4.2 itself isn't much of an upgrade on its own, more of a patch.
