RHEL 8 repo US mirror broken?

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the proper venue to report issues like this, but 
it seems that the RHEL 8 security:shibboleth repo's sole US mirror 
(provo-mirror.opensuse.org) is missing files. Attempts to access it 
return 404 errors. It has been this way since at least sometime last week.

The RHEL 7 repo seems fine, and other non-US mirrors of the RHEL 8 repo 
seem to work as well. If there is somewhere else I should be reporting 
this issue, please let me know.
