UK Federation members - attribute filter line for PolicyRequirementRule needed

UKF members

I have the following line in an old config:
<PolicyRequirementRule xsi:type="saml:RegistrationAuthority" registrars="http://ukfederation.org.uk" />
(to just release targetedID and ScopedAffiliation to all these SPs - and we subscribe to a lot).

What is the v4 equivalent? My google game is not strong today.
