newbie on EDS, form shows empty select list

Thanks Rod, for suggesting that I provide more clues!

So: I looked in the dev-tool, and there are no console errors. The 3 inserts in my page, eg, idpselect.js are all 200s.

I hope some deployers see some obvious / newbie error(s) in my configuration!

If I remember correctly this is because the JSON feed wasn't available or was corrupt.  I'd suggest turning on the developer's
console in your browser and looking for obvious errors.

But this is from the developer's perspective.  Come Monday I know that people who have deployed it will be able to chime in with
ideas.
