An older attribute resolver (snippet) with Encoders for standard
attributes would cause duplicate attributes in the assertions of a
non-upgraded IDPv4 install that comes with the new attribute registry
feature.
That's where you'd look if you don't find any duplicates within your
attribute-resolver.xml itself -- or in any other files that may have
been added as AttributeResolverResources in your services.xml.
