Setting idp.oidc.encryptionOptional

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out what else I would need to do if I wanted to 
turn on

idp.oidc.encryptionOptional = false

in conf/oidc.properties. Right now I don't see any documentation of the 
setting, I think it was introduced recently.

Could you please provide some guidance on how to use it?
