Tomcat errors after upgrade to Shibboleth 4.2.1

They're not errors, those are DEBUG messages. We moved a logging configuration file around that was being accidentally spotted and was preventing certain categories from defaulting to logging on DEBUG, which is an odd default but we'll probably have to move the file back in a future version to stop the behavior. It was filed weeks back.
