I doubt these errors are specific to your (attempted) integration with
that specific SP. Either way, the last statement from the logs you've
included is:

  Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: ServletContext resource
    [/C:/Program Files (x86)/Shibboleth/IdP/credentials/ldap-client.crt]
    cannot be resolved to absolute file path

You should know whether the file "ldap-client.crt" is there or not
(and also what use you are making of it, i.e., why the software is
looking for it).

Also IDP v3 is unsupported (and has been for a while) and you should
upgrade to IDP v4. Just in case you have missed all the notifications
and warnings to that regard in both the IDP v3 and IDP v4
documentation (which would imply that you might also be missing
critical notifications about security issues).
