OIDC plugin issues associated modules not showing.

We only modified the runclass.sh script to use port 8080.

Updated Value:  IDP_BASE_URL="http://localhost:8080/idp"
Original Value: IDP_BASE_URL="http://localhost/idp"


I get an error stating, "You do not have access to the requested resource."  I don't believe it was setup in our environment.  Is there any other way to provide you with additional information?
