duplicate uid in SAML Responce

It looks as though you have two IdPAttributes which are both being encoded to the same Name and NameFormat.

 

Your logs will help you (you might want to set the logging level for net.shibboleth.attribute to DEBUG).

 

My guess is that you may be getting some attributes straight from the DataConnector which are also being encoded.  The alternative would be another <AttributeDefinition/> but with a different id.
