ACS URL restriction?

Thank you Scott; confirming that simply replacing ‘&’ with ‘%24’ in the ACS
URL works; the IdP sees SP-initiated logins successful.

Attribute mapping is the next challenge; their documentation does not use
formal SAML names for attributes and provides no generic SAML interface to
configure mappings from an identity provider.

Anyone else successfully have Foxit rely on Shibboleth IdP?
