Remove the reference if you like. I thought I had adjusted the logging down so it wasn't a warning, it's a conditional resource.

Don't remove all of the system tree unless you fix web.xml to update the references to the files that used to be there. We aren't breaking that until 5.0, that's why there are stubs left in system.
