No error logged when entity ID mismatched between shibd and mod_shib

It's not generally common that the module needs to ever derive the entityID setting, I don't recall offhand where it might do that, or how that would prevent things from working. Most of the SAML settings tend to be ignored by the module but I'm sure there's something somewhere.

Of course the system was never designed to be separated this way, but unless the looping is just some obvious thing it can flag, it probably isn't easily fixable. It may *be* logging something now, it just couldn't by definition be anywhere but the native log stream.
