403 Forbidden Issue

Scott,

First off, thank you for helping out... I have been going nuts over this.

Our previous environment was a Coldfusion 11 (tomcat server as app server)
with apache 2.2 and shibboleth 2.x

This environment is Coldfusion 2018 (tomcat server as well) with apache 2.4
and shibboleth 3.0

Our configurations for shib/apache/modjk/coldfusion are almost exactly the
same. Any reason why we are having issues now, but not in the old
environment?

Also, how exactly do I go about excluding shibboleth.sso from being proxied?
