good grief: really I wasn't able to think about it by myself.

Logs are on https://github.com/francescm/this_user_oidc_conf along with 
my conf/examples/oidc-attribute-resolver.xml.

Logs have been minimally edited/anonymised. Hope people can get the 
sense from them,
