Application Override: no valid session

It appears that the IDP is sending the artifact by index (3), which maps to the default application handler:
<md:AssertionConsumerService Location="/SAML2/Artifact" index="3"
                Binding="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Artifact"/>

I may have to tweek the metadata to add an extra location with a different index and tell the IDP to use that one.
