Installing Windows IdP v4 on Server Core

OK thanks - I corrected that, rebooted, confirmed the change had gone through, still no joy. The file is definitely there (%java_home%\bin\java.exe) - so why it can't find it, I am puzzled.
I am logged in as a local administrator.

No, you want the installation directory (i.e. no bin at the end)
