IIS and Shibboleth SP

I'm using Shibboleth SP V 3.1.0 integrated with IIS 10.0

Is there a way to have multiple applications with different URLs under the same siteID in IIS?
https://one.mycompany.com/App1
https://two.mycompany.com/AppB



I've made this work with different SiteIDs but not with the same SiteID.
