Yes, it's always de rigeur for people to find a scapegoat for why logout doesn't work, and being the most vocal people willing to admit the fact that logout can never and will never work in practice, we are a useful one.

Nevertheless, if you take proxying out of the mix, we've done about as much as we can. And people still bitch, so I'm perfectly happy to stick to my original views.
