Enabling Shibboleth Attribute checker handler throws returns 404

Hi,

We are using shibboleth SP version 3.0.1 and trying to enable Shibboleth Attribute checker handler following below link.

So far, we have applied the configuration and effect after that, Shib SP seems to throwing 404 error when accessing sessionHook="/Shibboleth.sso/AttrChecker"  endpoint.

The  error message seeing in the browser "The requested URL /Shibboleth.sso/AttrChecker was not found on this server".

Please suggest us the next step to resolve this issue.
