Resolving attributes from a SAML proxy

Can you think of any other debugging tests I can do to try and find the issue?

If not, should I file a bug? I know this hook is new in 4.1. So, yes, I suspect that the chances of a bug versus something local in my configuration are about equal.

The log showing it pulling the attribute implies that the context tree is in that form, so I don't have any way to explain that.

Either it's broken somewhere I can't see, or it's going to be something local to your system, neither of which will be easily fixed in a timely fashion.
