I have converted that page [1] to what may become the new standard (no slow-to-render tabs and expanding sections instead).

If you have a moment I'd appreciate knowing (either in here or via direct mail) whether it's any more accessible.  If we are making
things less (or no more) accessibly than now we need to revisit this (again, again).
